It is our pleasure to serve you! Our fleet of vehicles is kept in pristine condition for your luxury services. It is up to you (Client) to maintain the quality of our vehicles and the enjoyment of your trip. Deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking, and is non-refundable. Reservations are not secured or guaranteed without a deposit on file AND a signed contract. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in any vehicle at any time. You are solely responsible for the behavior of your passengers/guests. An extra charge may be incurred for any additional passengers or for any damage or cleanup. You are responsible for all damages to the vehicle, by the accident, neglect or acts of you and your passengers/guests. You are responsible for the full time of rental, whether it comes to or exceeds the estimated drop off time. We are not responsible for any property left in any vehicle. The driver may terminate the trip at any time due to any unruly or unsafe conduct, in his/her sole judgment. We are not responsible for any illegal activity in the vehicle, underage alcohol consumption or illegal drugs. We are not responsible for delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unknown/unseen mechanical failures or situations deemed as “Act of God”, or out of our control. The following cleaning fess shall apply: $500.00 smoke cleaning fee, $500.00 sanitation fee (any amount and type of bodily fluid) and $175.00 cleaning fee to carpets, windows, seats, exterior and interior to be incurred as we determined in our sole judgment. You are responsible for any damage or costs which exceeds the above cleaning fees. Cancellations are required 48 hours in advance. All deposits are NON refundable. Balances must be paid in full one week before event date. We are not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time provided in this agreement. We are not responsible for property left in the vehicle. In cases of included gratuity, you have 48 hours to request a refund due to unsatisfactory service. Submitting deposit and/or credit card information to ASL confirms this agreement. You assume full financial responsibilities for all payments due at the end of the trip, including overtime, gratuity, and damage fees. Client authorizes charges to credit card, with or without imprint.
